In order to answer your questions technically, a hotline is available free of charge. This hotline is provided by Prodatec on our premises. This line is available to you as well as to your customers (no quotation or exchange of tariffs will be possible). It also provides after-sales service.
Upon request, our technicians can come to you to provide on-site support and training on product configurations. Our technicians will guide you when commissioning and configuring the different products. They can assist you as soon as the equipment is installed and connected to a power supply and to the alarm management system. * Our technicians will not install or connect your equipment on-site.
All of our products benefit from a 2-year manufacturer's warranty effective on the date at which the products left the factory. However, some products have extended warranty periods of up to 10 years (e.g. the sensor cable for detecting impacts on fencing). To use our training courses is to offer you the guarantee of expert and personalized advice. They will bring you mastery of our products.Our training programs can take place on our premises (in the Rhone region of France), allowing you to handle our products (200m² outdoor showroom), or on your premises in France or abroad.
Created especially for you and your customers to allow you to test our products in life size. It is also designed to train you in the installation and use of our various ranges. All of our technologies and product ranges are installed over 200m² outdoor surface area (IR barrier, microwave barrier, fence-mounted sensor cable, wall impact sensor, etc.).
